1. Responsible for establishing and improving the various systems, risk control mechanisms and business processes of group fund management;

2. Be responsible for drawing up group fund plan and controlling the execution and allocation of fund plan;

3. To be responsible for drawing up financing plans of groups and project companies and carrying out financing work;

4. Be responsible for analyzing project financing risk and forecasting long-term and short-term capital demand.

5. To be responsible for issuing periodic analysis reports on the changes of relevant financial policies and industrial policies and putting forward corresponding measures;

6. Be responsible for formulating and implementing financing solutions in line with the current situation of the industry and the group;

7. Be responsible for developing financial markets and establishing and maintaining financing channels;

8. To be responsible for the management of fund accounts of groups and project companies;

9. Complete other tasks assigned by superior supervisors.

Degree Requirements: Bachelor degree or above

Professional and working experience: Major in Finance and Finance, 8 years of relevant working experience in this industry, with more than five years'management experience in related positions of foreign-funded enterprises or well-known domestic enterprises. Master financial management, financing planning, cost control, tax planning and related knowledge, have good professional knowledge, be familiar with national fiscal and taxation policies, have rich experience in financial management, fund planning, tax planning, financing and capital operation, can give comprehensive guidance and management to the financial operation, revenue and expenditure of the group. Familiar with the financial operation process of real estate development enterprises.
